Also, when the tech is on the way, I can track their ETA online, and I even get a text with their name and picture so we know it's them. When I call them, a real person answers and I am not having to worry about an automated system to dial my way through.
2. The system installed works great. We had one small problem a few months into the system being in place, and the service call was easy to make and they came out quickly to fix the issue. Outside of that, it's been perfect.
3. The system in place is virtually maintenance free. All I need to do is check the salt level monthly and fill it up when it needs it. That's it. I don't have to worry about changing the filters as that't done during the yearly maintenance
